Kaz Munoz {Healing Lights}
Kaz is a holistic healer with over 5 years of experience. She started her training in all the modalities she offers in 2015. She has formal training for massage, as well she holds her 200 YTT and restorative YTT. In 2019 she discovered Heartworks Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, adding this to her trainings. In 2021 she received her Usui Reiki Master certificate.
Her passion is to assist the souls that are in their healing journey through her loving and caring healing touch.
During the year of 2020 she discover her heartfelt passion, offering cacao ceremonies. She holds her cacao ceremony facilitator certificate that was completed the same year.
In 2020 she connected with her sacred energy, her womb. Through that process and trainings, her signature womb ceremony was born. A sacred ceremony where she leads wombman through a deep healing process, assisting them to reconnect with their power.

What to expect during a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred and heartwarming gathering that invites participants into a space of connection, mindfulness, and inner exploration.
As you enter the ceremonial space, you are embraced by an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility, where the sweet scent of pure cacao fills the air, setting the stage for a journey of self-discovery.
The setting is adorned with soft, inviting cushions, gentle lighting, and soothing music playing in the background. The intention is to create a sanctuary for those present, a safe haven for hearts to open and spirits to unfold.
As participants gather in a circle, there's a sense of unity and community, with each individual bringing their unique energy to the collective experience. The facilitator, a guide with a compassionate presence, welcomes everyone with open arms, fostering a sense of inclusion and acceptance.
The cacao is served in cacao shaped cups, and as participants take their first sips, the rich, velvety warmth of the elixir envelops them, inviting a gentle awakening of the senses. The flavor is not only a delight to the palate but also a reminder of the earthy connection to the cacao plant and its ancient wisdom. The facilitator invites each person to express their intentions for the ceremony, creating a space for personal reflection and shared aspirations.
After connecting with the warm and magic energy of the cacao elixir, the group engages in a grounding meditation, encouraging a connection to the present moment. As well we receive a guided meditation and healing.
Throughout the ceremony, the group embarks on a collective journey of self-discovery, guided by the facilitator's soothing words and the soft heartbeat of the cacao. There may be moments of shared laughter, tears, and profound insights, as the elixir works its magic on both mind and spirit.
