These feelings are all valid and it’s so important to acknowledge them! On the other side of the coin, it’s just as important to recognize that not only are you not alone, but it doesn’t always have to feel this way.
One of our Collective goals here is to really hone in on Wellness and Well-being its entirety.
It’s not meant to be merely a passive intention, but an active practice integrated and instilled into our day to day lives.
